  • Thick is always better so make sure that you don’t overcook the pork chops because you’ll make the meat dry and it won’t be good to eat.

  1. I asked the butcher for rib chops and I think he gave me loin chops. It was very thick and kinda tough. It was bone in but still looked like a loin chop. Am I just weird.? The rib chops are is much more tender and juicy and more flavorful.
