    My question is about Red Pepper Flakes. I have a cabbage recipe that calls for them and of course I don’t have any. I have cayenne and can see I can substitute with that alone (half as much). I wonder though if I might use a combination of cayenne, red bell pepper and diced jalapeno peppers (dilled, not fresh).
