- ¼ cup of flour
- 1/3 cup of edible yeast
- 1 teaspoon of salt
- 2 cups almond milk
- 1 ½ Teaspoon of cider vinegar
- 1 ½ Teaspoon of olive oil
- 2 cups pasta sauce
- a pack of lasagna noodles
- a pack of non-dairy ricotta cheese
Make a cheese sauce by mixing flour, salt, edible yeast, and almond milk. Stir with a wooden spoon until the mixture is well mixed. Add the rest of the almond milk, olive oil, and vinegar, and continue stirring until you get a smooth dough. Place on the stove and cook over medium heat for about 5 minutes until the mixture thickens.
